I experienced a similar issues with my AVG installation a while back. I uninstalled it, rebooted, and reinstalled to resolve my issue.
Do you have any other anti-virus program installed on this computer?
Also there is a report on the Internet that hints that this problem may be caused by an infected computer...you may wish to follow the Prework link in my signature if all else fails..
where can i go to see the whats my connection cause i dont know what is my connection or firewall.... i think i hvae pctools as well and smart update has not been working for very long too.. i suspect its because i accidentallynpress that molecue/atom button beside the power on button to reset connection.. so i may have reset something..
What Chiaz was asking is:
Do you use DSL or Cable for your Internet?
Do you have Windows Firewall on? Or perhaps you have a different Security software installed? ZoneAlarm, Komodo, Symantec/Norton, and McAfee all produce Security/AV/Malware/Firewall products inexpensively or free for home use.
An HJT (HijackThis) log will maybe be the easiest way for us to see what sort of Security software you have installed. I'm including the instructions for HJT below.
I look forward to assisting you through this. No worries - we aim to please here!
Please download HijackThis to your desktop..

Alternate link

This program will help us determine if there are any spyware/malware on your computer. Double-click on the file you just downloaded.
Click on the "Unzip" button to install. It will by default install to the directory - C:\Program Files\Trend Micro\HijackThis
Upon install, HijackThis should open for you.
Should it not open, navigate to C:\Program Files\Trend Micro\HijackThis and double click on HijackThis.exe
1. If it gives you an intro screen, just choose 'Do a system scan and save a logfile'.
2. If you don't get the intro screen, just hit Scan and then click on Save log.
3. Copy & Paste the hijackthis.log file here. Do not fix anything in HijackThis since they may be harmless.
