It sounds to me as if Norton has been compramised on your computer.
Can you please follow the Prework link (in my signiture) and post the resulting logs back here? One of the security team will help you out.

3 Yeah along with the prework try this for the Spbbcsvc.exe:
EDIT, removed.
This has nothing to do with printers.
