Latest Live Update breaks Web Assistant in NIS 2003 - This feature is turned off......

means that the Web Assistant says that "This feature is turned
off......" when blocking cookies on a particular site.
In fact, it isn't. I have (and always have had) the privacy control
cookie blocking set to prompt.
It seems that cookie blocking is still working correctly, its just
that this annoying erroneous error message keeps popping up!!
Its not an error on a single machine - 3 machines updated, 3 got the
same error!!
Please fix!!!
