Bullwinkel J. Moose06-25-04, 12:20 PMsomethingtry to remove norton and see what happens. If you still have the problem
then something else is causing it. If not the try reinstalling Norton and
see what happens then.

If you are not using messenger try to turn it off. I'm not familiar with how
MSN messenger works so I can't help there.
