I think you may have missed the point of what I was asking:
1. Has anyone seen the same problem as me: that the Online Virus
Encyclopedia button in the NAV console fails to have any effect?
2. Is there a URL which I can go to manually to access the ancyclopedia -
the same URL that the NAV button should be taking me to?
3. Is it safe to remove NIS 2004 and then reinstall NAV2002 and NPF 2003
followed by an upgrade to NIS 2004? Having once registered NIS 2004 when I
did the original upgrade, will I have problems if register it again
following the removal-and-upgrade process described here?
