System Shutdown Simulator

Tested the latest v7 beta (.297) and the results are:
1. Create/delete Eicar test file: file successfully created, but execution of the .exe is blocked. File deleted successfully (from the test program).
2. Create/delete AutoStart registry key: both failed.
3. Run outbound connection test: failed.
There seems to be a bug with this build, regarding the successful creation of Eicar.exe (test #1) even if the FileAV is set to Max (it should detect it even when set to Recom.)(posted here)
Another thing is that I fail with the 3rd test even if I don't follow step 1 & 2 (Intercept System Shutdown call & Shutdown computer)
